1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LabShare (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LabShare is a platform for researchers to share experimental data, collaborate on scientific projects, and earn LabShare Coins (LSC) for contributing to the scientific community. The Service is provided “as is” during its beta period.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be affiliated with a legitimate research institution or have a valid scientific purpose to use the Service.

4. Research Data and Content

You retain ownership of any research data or content you upload to LabShare. By sharing data on the platform, you grant LabShare a license to display and distribute that content to other platform users in accordance with your sharing settings. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you upload.

5. LabShare Coins (LSC)

LSC tokens are an in-platform reward system with no guaranteed monetary value. They are awarded for platform contributions and may be used for platform features. LabShare reserves the right to modify the LSC system at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit fabricated or fraudulent research data; harass other users; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
